SAMYLABS ALBA300 is a compact machine that can operate both in the workshop and in the office or laboratory, simple to use, easy to clean, and that meets the most demanding safety requirements.

With its measures of 730 x 1550 x 1850 it easily passes between doors and has wheels to facilitate its mobility.

The machine works with domestic voltage 230V 50 / 60Hz 16A and in operation it consumes the equivalent power of a clothes iron. 

You only need an argon or nitrogen inlet to operate and achieve the inert chamber.

With its 200 mm diameter x 250 mm high tank, it makes about 30 Kg of powder, depending on the material, it can make complex medium-sized pieces and is a perfect balance between the use of powder to complete the pool and the volume. final print.

High-performance professional equipment for industrial environments

The SAMYLABS ALBA500 is the most advanced and compact solution in LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) metal additive manufacturing for industrial environments. Designed and manufactured in Spain, it combines power, speed, ergonomics, and ease of use in a single unit. It integrates a 500 W laser and a print volume of 250 x 250 x 30  mm, allowing the production of complex parts in a wide variety of metals with great precision. Thanks to its new optimized design, the print chamber takes up less space, reduces print times, and minimizes gas consumption, thus improving overall process performance.

It includes a filtration system with a double filter and bypass that allows for uninterrupted filtration of splashes. Its new chamber design, with the hopper on the outside, facilitates the cleaning process, reduces gas consumption, and improves the level of inerting. The layout of the equipment has been modified by 90 degrees to reduce handling space around the machine, and the new dispenser design allows the powder to be spread and applied with laser both on the path and return, significantly reducing printing time
